Weekday Morning voucher: This flight voucher allows you to book onto morning flights Monday to Friday.
Weekday Anytime voucher: This flight voucher allows you to book onto morning or evening flights Monday to Friday.
7 Day Anytime voucher: This flight voucher allows you to book onto morning or evening flights Monday to Sunday.
The meeting times for flights change throughout the flying season and will be confirmed by the pilot either the day before the flight or on the day of the flight itself (depending on whether you have booked a morning or evening flight).
For morning flights, your meeting time will be between the hours of 5am and 8:30am (depending on sunrise times).
For evening flights, your meeting time will be between the hours of 4pm and 6pm (depending on sunset times).
Confirming your flight details
When you have a booking in place, you’ll receive a booking confirmation containing all the important details you need to know regarding your flight. The date and location will be confirmed along with the backup launch sites. The pilot may choose to move your flight to a back up site depending on the weather conditions. They are used to give your flight the very best chance of going ahead. We highly recommend you familiarise yourself with these sites to be prepared if your flight is moved.
The pilots flight line number will also be confirmed on the confirmation. You’ll need to call this and listen to the message left by the pilot to find out the status of your flight and the exact meeting time and location. It is explained when you need to call this number depending on whether you are booked for a morning or evening flight.
